    Privacy Policy

    Legal

    Last updated: April 16, 2026

    This Privacy Policy describes how TRYGO ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our website at trygo.io and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

    This document is provided for transparency and general information only and does not constitute legal advice. You may need to adapt it for your jurisdiction and product.

    1. Who we are

    TRYGO provides a marketing and go-to-market co-pilot platform. The data controller for personal data processed through the Services is the TRYGO entity operating the site you use. Contact: see the Contact section below.

    2. Information we collect

    2.1 You provide directly

    • Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), and profile details you choose to add.
    • Billing: where applicable, billing contact and payment-related metadata (payment card data is typically handled by our payment processor).
    • Content you submit: text, files, prompts, project data, and other materials you upload or generate while using the product.
    • Communications: messages you send to support or through forms.

    2.2 Automatically collected

    • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, and pages or features accessed.
    • Cookies and similar technologies: identifiers used for authentication, preferences, security, and analytics. See our Data collection, storage & processing page for more detail.

    2.3 From third parties

    We may receive information from authentication providers (e.g. if you sign in with a third-party account), analytics providers, or integrations you connect to TRYGO, according to their terms and your settings.

    3. How we use information

    We use personal information to:

    • Provide, operate, and improve the Services;
    • Create and manage your account;
    • Process payments and prevent fraud;
    • Communicate with you about the product, security, and updates;
    • Provide support and respond to requests;
    • Measure usage, debug, and improve performance and security;
    • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

    We do not sell your personal information in the conventional sense of selling lists for money. We may use aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you.

    4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

    Where GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract; legitimate interests (e.g. securing the Services, product improvement, fraud prevention), where not overridden by your rights; consent where required (e.g. certain cookies or marketing); legal obligation.

    5. Sharing of information

    We may share information with:

    • Service providers who host infrastructure, process payments, send email, provide analytics, or assist our operations, under contractual obligations;
    • Professional advisers where required;
    • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

    If we are involved in a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

    6. International transfers

    We may process data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA/UK/Switzerland to other countries, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required.

    7. Retention

    We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type; see our Data collection, storage & processing page for a summary.

    8. Security

    We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

    9. Your rights

    Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact us using the details below.

    10. Children

    The Services are not directed at children under 16 (or the age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

    11. Changes

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
