Delete account

You can permanently delete your TRYGO account, your projects, hypotheses, and related content. This cannot be undone.

In the TRYGO iOS app (recommended)

Sign in → open Settings (from the sidebar/menu) → Delete account → type the confirmation phrase exactly as shown (for example: DELETE MY ACCOUNT) → confirm. You will be signed out when deletion completes.

What gets deleted

• Your user account and sign-in access
• Projects, hypotheses, canvases, audience profiles, product knowledge, and other workspace content tied to your account
• Associated data as described in our Privacy Policy

Before you delete

• Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription by itself. To stop future charges, cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
• Exports: Save or export any work you need before deleting; we may not be able to recover it afterward.

Web

If you use TRYGO on the web at https://trygo.io, use the account deletion option in your account or settings there if available, or complete deletion from the iOS app with the same account.

Need help?

Use the contact options on https://trygo.io. We do not require a phone call or email as the only way to delete your account for standard consumer accounts.
